Day-ahead open access applications should reach the nodal agency three days prior to the date of scheduling but no later than 13:00 hrs of the day immediately preceeding the day of scheduling. In case capacity sought exceeds availability or any congestion in the respective transmission and distribution system is found, then capacity shall be allocated through electronic bidding procedure. |
