Eligible Entities

• All renewable based power plant of installed capacity > 5MW
• Deviation settlement for the regional entities will be according to the Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Deviation SettlementMechanism and Related Matters) Regulations, 2014, as amended from time to time.

Scheduling & Dispatch

• Day-ahead schedule – Atintervals of 15 minutes for the next day, starting from 00:00 hrs of that day.
• Seller should give notice upto 9:00 hrs and buyer confirms time block upto 11.00 hrs of the day.

Tariff Under ABT

• Fixed/capacity charges- Based on Availability of plant
• Energy/ variable charges- Payable on scheduled energy
• Deviation charges- Difference between Actual generation and Scheduled generation or Actual withdrawal and Scheduled withdrawal

Deviation charges for sale of power within the state

Under injection (for plants commissioned before the date of notification).
