• 100% refund on VAT/SGST for all inputs will be provided by the Commercial Tax Department, for a period of 5 years.

• Industries Department will provide 100% Stamp Duty refund on land purchased for wind power projects and/or wind-solar hybrids

• Wind power projects commissioned during the operative period.

• Power generated has to be consumed within the state.

• Electricity duty shall be exempted for captive/group captive consumption, sale to DISCOMS and third party sale set up within the state. Also, Electricity duty will be waived for new manufacturing facilities and ancillaries of wind power
• For WPPsselling power to third parties within the state, 100% exemption shall be provided on cross subsidy surcharge, as determined by TSERC, for five years from the date of commissioning

Evacuation up to interconnection point shall be the sole responsibility of the WPP developer
