• Appropriate authority or authorized person may ask for samples from the manufacturer for the purpose of checking compliance with the order.
• Appropriate authority with an order may inspect books and goods, enter, search and seize goods if required, on the grounds of contravention of the order.

• Provided for goods having different sizes, ratings and varieties, etc.
• Decision to be taken by MNRE or its authorized agencies.

• The manufacturer cannot refuse to give information lawfully demanded from it.
• The manufacturer cannot conceal, destroy, mutilate or deface any related book or document in its possession or control.
