Accelerated Depreciation

Quantified and considered for computation of tariff for power projects based on MSW and RDF. For MSW projects it is Rs. 0.54/kWh and for RDF based MSW projects it is Rs. 0.31/kWh.

Capital Subsidy/CFA/GBI

These incentives to be decided by PSPCL on case to case basis

Procurement of Electricity

PSPCL to procure all power generated by the MSW to power projects and RDF based power projects without any refusal.

CDM Benefit

Thus 100% of the gross proceeds on account of CDM benefit are to be retained by the project developer in the first year after the COD and the share of beneficiaries shall be 10% in the second year and progressively increase by 10% every year till it reaches 50%, where after the proceeds are to be shared in equal proportion.
